About The Role
LOCATION: Tyne and Wear – Washington – Budget Chain Hotel – Worldwide Brand
BASIC SALARY: £CIRCA 25’000 to £28’000 (only negotiable on experience)
ROLE: Hotel Manager / General Manager
BONUS: 45-60% SALARY BONUS LINKED TO KPI’S
This is an ideal first appointment for a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager looking to make their first impact. Someone hungry to progress and develop through the companies additional brands.
With the opportunity to not only manage the very busy hotel operation but develop the business further, we are seeking an experienced manager that can successfully operate a challenging venue and has great ambition to develop their own skills into a 360 operation and be exposed to all commercial aspects of managing and leading an excellent located Hotel.
