Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager whose heart is truly focused on customer experience and is very passionate about delivering high retail standards. An outgoing personality that can drive sales and engage with the customer. We seek individuals that are commercial and have warmth to create a positive and driven team to ensure the store delivers not only in figures but high customer service levels.
ROLE: Store Manager
SALARY: Circa £25,000
LOCATION: Kingston-Upon-Thames
You must be able to inspire, develop and motivate a team, create a ‘customer experience’ and drive the store and build a reputation with the local community.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Concession Manager or Deputy Manager and be ready to develop your career further. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm. Previous experience of a blue chip retail brand would be highly advantageous as would a passion for working in a boutique retail store. You will need to be a strong and experienced retail manager with a passion for providing the highest quality customer service.
