Location: Bracknell – Hybrid role 60/40.
Salary: Circa £65’000 to £75’000 – dependent on experience

- Maximising customer activity within a heavily branded Retail environment.
- Develop a clear roadmap to increase traffic, loyalty and brand recognition.
- Have the commercial edge to get under the skin of the brands driving forward ROI.
- As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will be focussed on delivering results across all digital channels.
- You will have a creative eye to enhance the customer journey.
- Be able to plan, analyse and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and ultimately deliver the right message in the right way, at the right time, to maximise sales and ROI.
- Always put the customer first when understanding the implications of problems and determining the solutions.
- You will have driven the strategic day to day, short, mid and longer-term improvements across a team for a commercial retail business.
- Keen interest in growth fashion, beauty or hair industries.
- Conviction in your decisions.
- Ability to analyse customer behaviour.
- A strong commercial manager who can create and execute marketing initiatives.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
- A natural ‘above and beyond’ character, with strong desire and passion for retail marketing.
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
