Salary: Circa £50’000 to £55’000 – dependant on experience

- You will have a creative eye to enhance the customer journey. Delivering an eye catching shoppable platform.
- Effectively grow a team driving the longer term strategic direction of the company.
- Be able to plan, analyse and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and ultimately deliver the right message in the right way, at the right time, to maximise sales and opportunities.
- Always put the customer first when understanding the implications of problems and determining the solutions.
- You will have driven the day to day, short, mid and longer-term improvements across the team for a commercial ecommerce retail business.
- Ability to work closely with PPC agency. Continue to build that relationship delivering positive results.
- Support the business to move from Shopify to Magento.
- Conviction in your decisions.
- Ability to analyse customer behaviour.
- A strong commercial manager who can create and execute marketing initiatives.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ideally some exposure to marketplace channels as well as UK websites.
- A natural ‘above and beyond’ character, with strong desire and passion for retail eCommerce.
- Hungry to make your mark and deliver.
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
