ROLE: Food Hall Manager / Store Manager
LOCATION: Clitheroe
SALARY: Circa £30’000
As this business grows and focusses on an artisan ambient and fresh product mix, your role will be to lead the retail team, absorb the culture, the unique business and to add growth to the retail store.
This role is extremely diverse. You will wear many hats. From developing and implementing best practices, maximising sales to ensuring the business delivers beyond customer expectations!

- We are searching for a Food Hall Manager or Store Manager or Hospitality Manager who relishes the challenge to drive stock levels and products on the shopfloor to maximise all opportunities for a customer purchase.
- Someone with a keen eye for merchandising and store displays.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and manage slow and fast moving lines – ensuring products are re-ordered to meet customer demand.
- It is essential you have worked in the Retail industry, ideally Supermarket, Farm Shop or Hospitality.
- You have a passion for Artisan products and can deliver in a high volume, fast paced, ‘hands on’ commercial environment.
- A strong character to manage daily challenges and challenges you may face as you make your mark in the business.

Experience of a Food Hall Manager / Store Manager
- It is essential you have an understanding for artisan products and have experience or a keen interest in high end product or a farm shop environment.
- Strong focus on stock management.
- Analytical eye to ensure all products are always represented on the shopfloor.
- Driven by the thrill to maximise sales and departmental performance.
- Hands-on manager.
- A strong character with decisive management skills.
- Use initiative and instigate promotional ideas and events.
