Salary: £45’000 to £50’000

The business is fast moving and is shaping through change at present. This is a challenging role and we are searching for an individual that can offer us a high work commitment whilst processes are further developed and streamlined.
This business is constantly evolving. As the Finance Manager you will need experience and exposure of leading a small team, whilst having the ability to collaborate at board level and influence commercial teams across all categories.

The role. What do you need?
- Industry experience.
- Ideally suited to a Commercial Accountant or a Finance Manager with 2/3 year’s experience. Ideally 10 years’ experience from education.
- An analytical approach will be a necessity coupled with a day to day knowledge of excel, datasheets, management accounts, month end, key stakeholder data packs, streamlining and some exposure to financial projects.
- It is key you have an outgoing personality, one that can challenge and is not afraid of change. An extrovert rather than Introvert.
