Salary: Circa £38’000 – dependent on experience

- Drive results through digital communications and channels.
- Experience from a multi branded retailer or retail focused agency.
- Develop and implement Email, SMS, BAU campaigns to drive trade and retail customer footfall.
- People Management experience to lead a pro-active team.
- Proactive, forward thinking and influencing.
- Work at pace. Hands on, driving bright ideas and innovative change.
What are we searching for?
- As an Email Marketing Manager, you will have had a previous career in an Email Marketing role and have led digital campaigns through email, social and SMS.
- Experience of collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders in social media and CRM.
- Proven experience and ability to deliver ROI.
- Understand and improve analytical results across all campaigns.
- Develop email/SMS sales conversion through web and stores.
- Define email and SMS strategy for UK and Europe.
- Deliver Omni-channel campaigns focusing on optimisation.
- Be able to plan, analyse and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and ultimately deliver the right message in the right way, at the right time, to maximise sales and opportunities.
- Always put the customer first when understanding the implications of problems and determining the solutions.
- Keen interest in multi branded fast paced retail.
- Conviction in your decisions.
- Ability to implement. Self-starter. A ‘can do’ attitude.
