Location: Bracknell – Hybrid role 60/40.
Salary: Circa £25’000 to £30’000 – dependant on experience

A marketing specialist that can establish themselves in a fast paced multi-million pound turnover (UK and European) environment (globally 4 billion) and have the hunger to drive strong commercial results.

- Drive results through Digital campaigns.
- Experience from a multi branded retailer.
- Analytical reporting on key digital performance areas.
- Proactive, forward thinking and influencing.
- Work at pace. Hands on, driving bright ideas and innovative change.
What are we searching for?
- As a Digital Marketing Assistant you will help deliver digital campaigns, it is essential you have experience working with brands.
- Experience of CRM exposure ensuring the business is targeting the right customers.
- Someone who understands the digital retail market and can influence on trends to improve campaigns.
- Digital Email and SMS Marketing exposure part of BAU, automated and discount triggers.
- Exposure to branded website management, planning activity with marketing initiatives and key product launches and promotions.
- Ability to deliver branding and content of the email and SMS campaigns.
- Experience of working with a studio for design and copywriting.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Keen interest in multi branded fast paced retail.
- Conviction in your decisions.
- Ability to implement. Self-starter.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
- A natural ‘above and beyond’ character, with strong desire and passion for retail and B2B marketing.
- Exceptional commercial acumen.
