Role: Digital Analytics Specialist
Salary: Circa £60’000 - £65’000
Location: Birmingham Hybrid working 60/40
We are seeking an individual that has a strong commercial skill to support the Head of Digital Trading creating a Digital Analytics department.
It is key you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Digital Analytical role within retail, hospitality or travel and have proven knowledge of how digital and retail can work together to develop the customer journey and deliver positive conversion rates through the website.
You will be an individual that has warmth, can create and deliver their work in a positive and confident manner. The Digital team are an outgoing and friendly bunch so it is really key you can fit into an already positive and fun culture.

- Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience as a Digital Analytics Specialist and ready for your first appointment to take on a management role.
- Digital experience from retail, hospitality or travel industry.
- 100% hands on approach.
- A positive outlook and enthusiasm.
- Confident with the ability to talk and support a diverse range of people across the retail network, head office and board.
