We are searching for an Assistant Manager for a brand new Kingston Upon Thames Store.
This is perfect for a natural leader who is ambitious to grow within an organisation that has an outstanding reputation for customer experience. We are happy to speak with passionate retailers or hospitality managers that love the outdoors…whether that is cycling, climbing, bouldering, hiking or even a spot of wild camping!
You will have strong commerciality to drive customer experience, product, team success and store turnover.

Experience needed
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor from either Retail, Hospitality or the Outdoor Industries.
- Lead a culture that empowers your team with a hands-on approach.
- You will be a leader that can think on your feet in a dynamic retail business.
- Effective and efficient control of costs, budgets and allocation of resources.
- High degree of commercial awareness.
- Strategic thinker.
- An interest in outdoor pursuits is an essential requirement for this role.
