UK Finance Controller
Location: Ribble Valley
Salary: £50’000 to £55’000
The business is progressive and promotes a ‘go getter’ attitude to survive in a very competitive market. We are searching for a UK Finance Controller that can support the business with continual growth.
This business is fast moving and is shaping through change at present. This is a challenging role and we are searching for an individual that can offer us a high work commitment whilst processes are further developed and streamlined.
Somewhere that is constantly evolving, as the Finance Controller you will have the ability to collaborate at board level and influence commercial teams across all categories. A great opportunity for an individual who is hungry to move up the career ladder.
We are happy to consider applicants where this could be a first appointment at a leadership level.
NB: Candidates must reside in the UK and need to live in the commuter belt of Ribble Valley. Clitheroe, Blackburn, Preston, Skipton, Colne, Burnley, Bury, North Manchester, Fylde Coast are great examples of towns/areas you can commute from.

The role. What do you need?
- Ideally suited to a Commercial Accountant or a Finance Manager or Management Accountant with 1 to 3 years’ experience. Or a Deputy waiting for their first step into leadership.
- An analytical approach will be a necessity coupled with a day to day knowledge of excel, datasheets, management accounts, month end, key stakeholder data packs, streamlining and some exposure to financial projects.
- Huge attention to detail.
- Hunger and drive to make a difference and take charge of all finances within a solid UK business.
- It is key you have an outgoing personality, one that can challenge and is not afraid of change. An extrovert rather than Introvert.
