LOCATION: Clitheroe – future relocation to Preston/Leyland area in 12/18 months
SALARY: Circa £30’000 + overtime plus 2-3k bonus scheme

We are currently searching for a Trainee Electrical Software and Controls Engineer to join the team supporting the customer experience globally from start to finish.

Trainee Electrical Software and Controls Engineer - key skills:
- Hands on approach is absolutely key to be a successful Trainee Electrical Software and Controls Engineer
- Designing electrical systems for new machinery, also maintaining/servicing and repair.
- Customer exposure - working with customers on site and managing expectations and delivery.
- Thorough admin and reporting skills.
- You will have completed a Modern Apprenticeship and will have achieved a HNC or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- You will have served your apprenticeship in the manufacture, installation and commissioning of Electrical Control Systems.
- We are looking for someone with the drive and determination to take their career to the next level.
- Previous experience of CAD packages and PLC/HMI programming would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
