Store Manager - Boutique Home Interiors

ROLE:           Store Manager

SALARY:      £20’000 to £23’000

LOCATION:  Clitheroe (Car essential)

We have an opportunity for a retail specialist to join a local business to lead a boutique home interiors department. 

What are we looking for? 
  • We are searching for a Store Manager, Department Manager or Assistant Manager or Concession Manager or Supervisor to take retail under their wing and help the business grow with this area.
  • Seek opportunities to maximise revenue. 
  • Organise and manage an accurate stock system.
  • Lead a small team of sales advisors.
  • Have a passion for home interiors / home accessories is key.
  • Ideally worked for an independent in either gifts, home accessories, interior design or fashion would be advantageous with a customer service focus.
It is essential you have a huge passion and interest in interiors and homewares. The business will grow in additional areas over the next 12 months and we are searching for an individual who is comfortable in a growing business and one that can support the leaders of this business by delivering a successful retail department.

This is a hands on role, based on the shopfloor, working closely with customers.

  • An interest to work within a growing independent business.
  • Ideally someone who has experience of working with an affluent brand.
  • Either a retailer or hospitality manager who has a natural talent and interest in beautiful homewares.
  • Someone who is open to supportive leadership from the company owners but also has the ability to influence a small team.
Service, in this unique environment is key, you must be able to inspire, develop and motivate, create a ‘customer experience’. We seek a Store Manager that has warmth and can create a positive and driven environment.
