Retail Trade Marketing Manager – B2B 
Location: Aylesbury – Hybrid role 60/40.
Salary: Circa £60’000 to £65’000 – dependant on experience

The business is progressive and promotes a ‘go getter’ attitude to survive in a very competitive market. We are searching for a Retail Trade Marketing Manager that can establish themselves in a fast paced multi-million pound turnover (UK and European) environment (globally 4 billion) and have the hunger to drive strong commercial results.
  • Drive results through Marketing, CRM, Social Marketing and PR.
  • Proactive, forward thinking and influencing.
  • Work at pace. Hands on, driving bright ideas and innovative change.
  • Maximising customer activity with existing and new customers in a B2B retail environment.
  • Develop a clear roadmap to increase traffic, loyalty and brand recognition.
  • Have the commercial edge to get under the skin of driving forward the B2B interaction and sales performance alongside the Sales Director and CEO.

  • It is essential for this role that you have B2B marketing expereince within Retail.
  • As a Retail Trade Marketing Manager you will be focussed on delivering results across all online and offline channels.
  • You will have a creative eye to enhance the customer journey with the capability to deliver at pace.
  • Be able to plan, analyse and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and ultimately deliver the right message in the right way, at the right time, to maximise sales and opportunities.
  • Always put the customer first when understanding the implications of problems and determining the solutions.
  • You will have driven the day to day, short, mid and longer-term improvements across the team for a commercial retail business.
  • Keen interest in growth fashion, beauty or hair industries.
  • Conviction in your decisions.
  • Ability to analyse customer behaviour.
  • A strong commercial manager who can create and execute marketing initiatives, thinking on your feet.
  • Ability to implement. Self-starter.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A natural ‘above and beyond’ character, with strong desire and passion for retail and B2B marketing.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen.
