Role:                     Paid Social Marketing Executive
Salary:                  Circa £30’000
Location:              Hybrid 2 days office/3 home working

A newly created Paid Social Marketing Executive role has been created as the business moves digital marketing in house.

We are seeking an individual that has a strong commercial and creative skill set to support the Paid Social Manager and Head of Digital Marketing. An individual that has a natural talent implementing social strategies across Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Instagram for transactional ecommerce trading categories.

It is key you have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Paid Social Marketing Executive within a transactional ecommerce function in either finance, retail, hospitality or travel and have proven knowledge or interest in how creatives works and is set up across social platforms.

This role is not focused on content strategy it is paid and performance social media role – focused on targeting and driving customer spend.

Working cross functionally within your team, Digital team, Marketing team, you will work together to develop and understand the customer journey and delivering positive conversion rates through creative ecommerce.

You will be an individual that has warmth, can create and deliver their work in a positive and confident manner. The team are an outgoing and friendly bunch so it is really key you can fit into an already positive and fun culture.

Paid Social Marketing Executive - What do you need to be successful?
  • Ideally, you will have 1 years’ experience as a Paid Social Marketing Executive focused on driving the marketing to improve customer spend.
  • Paid Social experience from either finance, retail, hospitality, Agency or travel industry with a transactional ecommerce focus.
  • Natural creative with a commercial strength to drive spend.
  • Motivated and driven by paid social category performance and enjoys getting under the skin of the data.
  • Motivated to work in a 250 million turnover environment.
  • 100% hands on approach.
  • A positive outlook and enthusiasm.
  • Confident with the ability to talk and support a diverse range of people across the retail network, head office and board.
