Assistant Manager - Creative Retailer
This Assistant Manager role is to join a retailer that is quite creative and certainly quirky.
We are searching for a rare diamond.
We would love you to be creative, love the arts, even make crafty items, love to paint…or just have that interesting side to you that admires design.
We have several locations around central, north, east and west London. We are searching for talent to add to our London management teams.
What are we searching for?
Well that’s the big question! An experienced retail manager with a passion and a love for retail. We want you to love your team, and work with a sense of achievement when you grow your team, or a customer walks away with a huge smile and of course we need you to drive the team to achieve stores sales.
What do we pay? An Assistant Manager basic is £23’000 plus bonus. If you like to ride a bike…we have a cycle scheme, we can even help with a season ticket loan. Then we have lots of other awards, £500 bursary every 3 months a long service after 5 years, you can have discount on our stuff, even more discount on your annual anniversary! We offer a pension scheme; we can help with childcare.; we do quite a lot. One of the best things we can share is a positive culture for you to grow in and really make your own journey with us.
