About the Role

Having a track record of fantastic retail concepts across the UK; they recently launched a new concept that focuses on delivering high quality fresh and fast food in a fast-paced environment.

You will report directly to the site director responsible for the profitable and productive running of the site. Working very closely you will manage and guide a large number of retail unit managers...

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Increasing the sales through better store standards and merchandising
• Monitoring, controlling and reducing stock losses
• Controlling all costs, including staffing (full P & L accountability)
• Hands-on management of a team of 150 - 300
• Providing exceptional levels of service to customers at all times
• Staff development, PDPs, appraisals and disciplinary procedure
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the site director and Area Manager
• Control management expenditure to ensure achievement of budget and profits
