EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- Passionate about customer service
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Proven people management experience
- Commercially aware and able to manage budgets and control costs
- Target driven
- Customer facing background
- Proven planning and organising skills
- Strong Food & Beverage background
- Catering manager/Restaurant manager
- Knowledge of group catering and UK and international group catering
- Catering qualifications
- Menu planning and costing’s
- Hygiene
- Understanding costs
