about the role

The role involves the day-to-day operation of a Hotel Unit

• To maximise unit sales
• To ensure unit cleanliness
• To comply with Health & Safety regulations
• Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage, develop and motivate your team
• Rostering the team in accordance with business needs
• Successful implementation of promotions
• Set & delivery of local sales plan
• Adherence to brand standards
 

what experience do you need?

Key Attributes

  • Management experience in a customer facing environment preferably in a Hotel or travel.
  • Proven track record of success within a Hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of staff recruitment and selection along with training and development
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Effective planning and time management
  • Passionate about driving sales
  • Increasing business
  • Experience of product sourcing and management

In addition you will enjoy working to tight deadlines, in a fast paced, team oriented, rewarding environment where your achievements will be recognised by senior management.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers great career progression within this multi-functional hotel operation and would be an ideal position for a current Hotel Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager.
