ROLE OF HOTEL MANAGER

• Responsible for the overall management of the hotel and F&B operations based in West Midlands.
• Maximise sales and profit through effectively leading your team.
• Maintaining brand standards.
• Driving customer service.
• Accountability for profit and loss.
• Manage and improve costs.
• Deliver agreed targets and sales plan.
• Keeping customers happy will be the most important thing to you.
• Ensure your team deliver and recognise the importance of great customer service in line with company best practise.
• Recruit and induct the right people for your team in line with company policy and provide ongoing development to help them reach their full potential.
• Analyse and benchmark the performance of your hotel, sharing best practise, and drive ongoing improvements in all areas.
• Ensure that all legislation is adhered to within your hotel, including employment law, health and safety, food hygiene, COSHH.
• Be friendly and helpful at all times, leading by example.
• Treat your colleagues in a fair and friendly way.
