about the role

The role involves the day to day running of a Branded Fast Food Unit

  • To maximise unit sales
  •  Ensuring unit cleanliness and standards
  •  Compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  •  Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
  •  Delivering excellent customer service
  •  Assisting in the managing, developing and motivation of the team
  •  Rostering the team in accordance with business needs
  •  Successful implementation of promotions
  •  Duty management responsibilities
  •  Adherence to brand standards

what experience do you need?

Key Attributes:

  • Management experience in a customer facing branded fast food environment
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of staff recruitment and selection and training
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Effective planning and time management
  • Passionate about driving sales 2 years experience at deputy manager level or greater within a relevant brand
  • A strong personality and passion for people

In addition you will enjoy working to tight deadlines, in a fast paced, team oriented, rewarding environment where your achievements will be recognised by senior management.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers great career progression within this multi-functional operation and would be an ideal position for a current fast food branded Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Catering Manager.
