Unit Manager:

The role involves the day-to-day operation of a busy self serve restaurant operation

We are looking for strong enthusiastic individual with a passion for high standards, outstanding customer service and an energetic personal drive... we want someone who wants to progress. Progression from this role is essential...we want to speak to candidates who are hungry and want to move up the career ladder..future site directors...strong commercial team leaders with outstanding people skills...
 

what experience do you need?

Key Attributes:

• Management experience in a customer facing environment (preferably in a fast paced fast food retail environment, fast paced restaurant or catering environment).
• Proven track record of success within a food hospitality environment .
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience of staff recruitment and selection along with training and development .
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Effective planning and time management .
• Passionate about driving sales .
• Experience of product sourcing and management .
• Financial accountability .
