about the role

Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Consultant

• To support the drive for maximising sales, and effectively maintain the cost monitoring and control process.
• Proactively seek to deliver excellent sales and customer service through the creation of a total and memorable “retail experience for the customer.
• Effective floor space utilisation and high impact visual merchandising
• Ensure the after sales service and assistance exceeds customer expectations
• To promote staff training, development and motivation
• To assist in the recruitment and review process
• To maintain all channels of communication throughout the whole team.
• General welfare and discipline amongst staff  

what experience do you need?

Experience and skills of a Senior Sales Consultant

• Commercial Acumen
• Articulate with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Team leadership experience
• PC proficient
• Planning and organisational skills

Working within the flagship location presentation is key! High standards are a must not only with the merchandising and house keeping of the department but your own presentation too…we are looking for a refined character with the style and charisma to work within this prime location.
