about the role

We are seeking a Supervisor to join an existing team and assist the management team drive the store forward:

• You will need to have a proven track record in a retail management or supervisory role.
• You will be in a competitive market place where you will deliver guidance and motivation to your team.
• You will be able to think smart and manage high volumes of stock to maximise product availability to your customers and consistently achieve sales.
• Supporting the management team.
• KPI management.
• Team Management and motivation.
• Driving sales.
• Stock management.
• Merchandising.
• Store standards and high housekeeping standards.
• Driving your own career.

what experience do you need?

You will ideally be a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or a Concessions Manager looking for a new challenge.
You will be customer focused, team focused and your personality will shine through any situation.You must have retail experience at Supervisor level or above, ideally from a customer focused environment and knowledge of managing a team, driving sales and achieving KPI’s.
