We are seeking a Store Manager to join an existing team and drive the store forward.
You will be customer focused and team focused. Your personality will shine through any situation...
As a Store Manager you will be able to deal with all terms of managing a store and be involved in all financial duties of a store, you will lead, motivate and develop the team in order to maximise the sales potential of the store and to meet and sales targets.:.
what experience do you need?
The role requires a highly motivated and decisive retail professional with a proven track record in a retail management.
- You will be working in a highly competitive market place where you must deliver structured guidance and motivation to your team to produce quality results and excellent customer service.
- You will be able to think smart and manage high volumes of stock to maximise product availability to your customers and consistently achieve sales above forecast.
- You will currently be a strong assistant manager, a store manager or an area manager looking for a new challenge.
