TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
SALARY - £40,000 - £55,000
LOCATION - SOMERSET
We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to join this market leading retail organisation. Your role within the project management team is crucial to ensuring the business delivers its strategic vision and meets the requirements of the expanding business across multiple retail channels.
Responsibilities will include:
• Take full responsibility for large strategic business change projects or multiple smaller projects.
• Work with business stakeholders to scope and deliver on projects
• Management and reporting of third party suppliers throughout the entire project life cycle
• Focussing on the most effective solutions to deliver the greatest business value.
• Provide leadership to facilitate the success of internal delivery teams through the XP and SCRUM delivery method.
• Negotiation, creation and management of project budgets
• Negotiation, planning and ongoing flexibility of resources to meet changing business priorities
what experience do you need?
You as a successful PROJECT MANAGER will have extensive understanding of other structured PROJECT MANAGEMENT methodologies and will have worked with 3rd party outsourced development teams in the delivery of IT projects. You will have successfully led multiple business change projects through all stages of the project life cycle from requirements gathering to successful implementation and operational handover. You will be a strong leader, capable facilitator, team shaper and delivery motivator with a proven ability to thrive in a fast moving rapidly changing environment.
