about the role

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

SALARY - £40,000 - £50,000

LOCATION – SOMERSET

We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to take join one of the fastest developing areas of this dynamic, forward thinking multi channel retailer. You will be responsible for creating and delivering the marketing campaign strategy for two customer targeted sub brands of the main business.
Responsibilities will include:
• Developing the cross-channel and multi-media customer contact plan for the brands
• Managing the execution of all CRM and lifecycle activity to drive targeted acquisition, retention and loyalty of the target customer base
• Developing commercially robust promotions and incentives to drive specific customer behaviours
• Co-ordinating all internal and external resource, including creative, production and sales promotion agencies to put together the most effective communication programmes
• Working closely across the business to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns from end to end
• Reviewing and reporting the results of marketing and customer activity back to key business stakeholders
• Acting as the internal champion for the brands ensuring consistency and engagement across the business
• Accountability for the relevant marketing budget and ensuring strong ROI on all spend
• Managing a small team of marketing assistants to successfully execute campaign activity
 

what experience do you need?

The successful Senior Marketing Manager will have previous experience of managing marketing campaigns from initial brief to evaluation. Your career to date will have given you exposure to the management of CRM campaigns and a proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that increase profitability. Ideally your marketing experience will have come from a multi channel retail background although this is not essential; however you will need to have experience of managing multiple campaigns, dealing with agencies and working to tight deadlines...
