about the role

The role involves the day-to-day operation of a busy self serve restaurant operation

Currently we are looking for a strong enthusiastic individual with a passion for high standards, outstanding customer service and an energetic personal drive; you could currently be a catering manager, restaurant manager, deputy catering manager or assistant manager or manager in training looking to develop your career.

what experience do you need?

Key Attributes 

• Management experience in a customer facing environment (preferably in a fast paced, fast food retail environment, fast paced restaurant/ coffee)
• Proven track record of success within a food hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience of staff recruitment and selection along with training and development
• Problem solving and decision making
• Effective planning and time management
• Passionate about driving sales
• Experience of product sourcing and management
• Financial accountability
