about the role

We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager position over a Fast Food operation.

Key responsibilities:
 

• The role involves the day-to-day operation of a busy Fast Food operation
• Supporting Unit Manager in duty management
• Financial accountability including budget control
• Maximising sales opportunities
• Recruitment and selection of team
• Training and development of team
• Daily and weekly administration
• Liaising closely with Senior Managers
• Assisting in other areas of site as and when needed
• Health and safety control
• Food safety
• Security of site

• Ability to work to tight deadlines
