Are you a great Retail Sales Consultant, with exceptional one to one consultative selling skills?
You will have passion, energy and enthusiasm with a desire to provide the highest standard of customer service at all times.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
• To assist in the achievement of the stores weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets through professional sales consultations with brides for both bridal gowns and accessories.
• To conduct sales consultations in line with company training
• To ensure personal conversion rates adhere to company standards
• To achieve all personal targets and objectives as set out and agreed with the sales manager
what experience do you need?
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
• Previous experience in a one to one consultative sales environment i.e cosmetics, lingerie, motor vehicles, furniture etc
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport quickly
• Target driven with unlimited amounts of energy and enthusiasm
