about the role

We are seeking a Store Manager focused on one to one sales - someone who loves the chase of a sale and who is a very personable individual with the skills and qualities to inspire a team.

• Drive and maximise sales opportunities  - commission and bonus related OTE £26'000 to £27'000
• Financial accountability.
• Stock management .
• Visual layout of store.
• Daily and weekly administration.
• Recruitment and selection of staff .
• Training and development of team.
• Liaising closely with Head Office.

what experience do you need?

• Ideally in footwear or fashion.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent stock management skills.
• Approachable and friendly manner.
• A passion for treating your store as if it is your own.
• Excellent man-management, training and development skills.
• 100% hands on approach.
• Very target and sales driven.
• Excellent motivator.
• Positive outlook and enthusiasm.
• Able to prioritise.
• You will have a minimum of 2 years management expereince within a retailer who focuses strongly on customer service and sales.
• Ideally you will be an existing Store Manager or Deputy Manager.
