about the role

• You will be responsible for the effective support for the Store Manager by maintaining high company standards and to manage the store in the manager’s absence.
• You will take responsibility for specific areas of activity from day to day, as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Deputise for the Manager.
• Uphold great customer service
• Encourage and drive sales
• Achieve budgets  

what experience do you need?

You will have a strong passion for the outdoors and enjoy an active lifestyle...

• Previous Retail Experience is required (Supervisor or above preferable)
• Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• An active interest in the outdoors would be advantageous but not essential
• PC literate
• Ability to motivate and lead teams
• Time Management
• Decision Making
