about the role
- You will be responsible for the effective support for the Store Manager by maintaining high company standards and to manage the store in the manager’s absence.
- You will take responsibility for specific areas of activity from day to day, as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Deputise for the Manager.
- Uphold great customer service
- Encourage and drive sales
- Achieve budgets
what experience do you need?
You will have a strong passion for the outdoors and enjoy an active lifestyle...
- Previous Retail Experience is required (Supervisor or above preferable)
- Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- An active interest in the outdoors would be advantageous but not essential
- PC literate
- Ability to motivate and lead teams
- Time Management
- Decision Making
