what experience do you need?
We are not just looking for people with recruitment experience - the recruitment industry can be full of consultants who will only work the way they want to work or they have been taught - there are bad habits out there none that DISCOVER aspire to use - but if your different and frustrated with the industry and want to join a recruitment company that actually tries to get it right then you should be speaking to us further...
Retailers and Caterers are people we would love to speak to...those of you with the industry knowledge you may have been a client or a candidate and thoroughly enjoyed your experience and want to work in the industry yourself or you may have had a bad experience and want to make a difference to the recruitment industry - if either of these are you then get in touch...
Salary totally depends on experience and performance and this will be discussed further at interview...basic salaries range across all positions from £13'000 to £30'000 and more...plus OTE's from £18'000 to £55'000 uncapped..
