about the role

Our growth means that we are now seeking to fill the following positions...

Headhunter basic salary £13'000 to £15'000 OTE £18'000 to £20'000

Great opportunity that will quickly lead to a long term career in recruitment. You will learn about the market area we specialise in, the recruitment practises we deliver, customer relationship management, business growth and strategy and a host of other skills that will allow you to progress within our organisation to become either a trainee recruitment consultant or consultant or managing consultant.

Trainee Consultant basic salary £16'000 to £18'000 OTE £22'000 to £30'000

Another great opportunity that will lead into a long term career; you will join a team of existing consultants developing new and existing business; building long term relationships with both customers seeking new opportunities and customers seeking new employees. This position offers you very quick progression to become either a consultant or management consultant.

Consultant basic salary £20'000 to negotiable depending on experience and performance OTE £55'000

A great opportunity to develop and use skills that are experienced in client relations and relationship building. You will have no problem balancing many balls! It will come natural to you that all your customers receive an exemplarity service; you will lead by example always delivering solutions that work and impress! You can create a natural progression to management opportunities.

Management Consultant basic salary £20'000 to negotiable depending on experience and performance OTE £55'000

You will be a Multi-tasking superstar! Whilst recruiting talented people to service your new and existing clients, you will be steering your team to success!
Sharing your extensive experience in recruitment you will train, develop and manage your subordinates always leading by example…
