about the role
We are searching for an operational retailer who has experience and passion for leading and managing the stockroom and warehouse facilities of a store.
- You will manage the warehouse and stock flow operation of a large sq footage store.
- Identifying and providing training needs for the team.
- Clearly communicate daily and weekly tasks to all reporting staff.
- Liaise with Department supervisors for storage of overstock, planning space and accessibility.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with separate departments.
- Communicate the delivery schedule and expected POs to the store manager and sales staff at the daily/weekly meetings.
- Represent the needs and requirements of the stockroom to all other store staff and HO.
what experience do you need?
You will ideally be currently working as a Stockroom Manager, Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Stock Flow Manager, Goods In Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Store Manager, Floor Manager, Section Manager, Deputy Manager, Trading Manager with a strength and experience in stock flow and managing the Warehouse or Stockroom operation or Stock Flow Manager in a large format store i.e. Supermarket, Department Store, and Retail Shed.
