about the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to manage a branded retail outlet. Managing a small team, this is a very hands-on role and the majority of the time you will work independently, so need to be prepared to handle whatever challenges come your way. 

what experience do you need?

You should ideally have experience in a busy retail environment and be used to working varied hours, with some early starts.

Experience of working with alcohol and tobacco would be an advantage. More than anything, you should want to offer great customer service, appreciating the impact this has on the local business.

Ideally you will be an existing Unit Manager, Store Manager, Branch Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Duty Manager, looking to take the next step in management.
