about the role
They are now looking to appoint an Assistant Store Manager, to assist the Store Manager in managing the overall operations.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, team playing skills and drive - you will contribute to maximising sales and minimising loss.
You will have supervisory experience gained in a busy store environment and be able to demonstrate compliance of back office and cash management procedures, security procedures, merchandising and stock file accuracy.
You will be a problem solver and a motivator as you inspire and assist your store manager in leading a successful team, dealing effectively with customers and staff issues.
You will be required to work a 39 hour week and have 2 weekends off in 4.
what experience do you need?
The successful applicant will have previous Assistant Management or Supervisory experience, preferably gained within a multi-product or fashion retailer, though other backgrounds will certainly be considered. This is the perfect opportunity to join a company where you can progress to Store Management level.
