about the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to manage a branded catering unit. Ideally you will be an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Duty Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Manager, working in retail catering such as the coffee, cafe, bakery, or fast food sector.
what experience do you need?
You will know from your experience, that success in this industry is all about customer service and here it is no different. You will spend the majority of your time giving the very best customer service and inspiring others to do the same. You will be able to demonstrate experience of successfully motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service, commercial and operational results, whilst having the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in one of the most fast-paced environments around.
