about the role
Responsibilities of a Manager
- Maximising sales and profit via identifying potential growth and improvement opportunities
- Monitoring and controlling of operational costs and potential loss factors
- Driving excellent sales and customer orientated services
- To inspire commitment and loyalty through regular and effective communication across all levels
- To continually develop and sustain an efficient and competent team
- The creation of stunning and effective Display and Visual Merchandising standards
- Maintaining links and communication with associated functions ( Human Resources, H&S etc to ensure legal and procedural compliance).
