about the role

Responsibilities of a Manager

• Maximising sales and profit via identifying potential growth and improvement opportunities
• Monitoring and controlling of operational costs and potential loss factors
• Driving excellent sales and customer orientated services
• To inspire commitment and loyalty through regular and effective communication across all levels
• To continually develop and sustain an efficient and competent team
• The creation of stunning and effective Display and Visual Merchandising standards
• Maintaining links and communication with associated functions ( Human Resources, H&S etc to ensure  legal and procedural compliance).

Working within this location presentation is key! High standards are a must not only with the merchandising and house keeping of the departments but your own presentation too…we are looking for a refined character with the style and charisma to work within this prime location.
