about the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a branded catering unit, specialising in organic and fair-trade produce, with the ambition of becoming a future unit manager.
Required Experience
- Retail catering experience at management level.
- Delivering excellent customer service and inspiring others to do the same.
- Inspirational manager, demonstrating experience of successfully motivating and leading your team.
- Delivering financial, service and operational results.
- Being commercial and making decisions in a fast paced environment.
