about the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a branded catering unit, specialising in organic and fair-trade produce, with the ambition of becoming a future unit manager. 

Required Experience

• Retail catering experience at management level.
• Delivering excellent customer service and inspiring others to do the same.
• Inspirational manager, demonstrating experience of successfully motivating and leading your team.
• Delivering financial, service and operational results.
• Being commercial and making decisions in a fast paced environment.
