about the role

Ideally you will be an existing Assistant Restaurant Manager or have experience in retail catering, especially fast food or restaurant and will know success in this industry is all about customer service and here it is no different. You will spend the majority of your time giving the very best customer service and inspiring others to do the same. As an inspirational manager already, you will be able to demonstrate experience of successfully motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service, commercial and operational results, whilst having the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in one of the most fast-paced environments around.
 

what experience do you need?

You will be currently working as an Assistant Manager, Catering Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Unit Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager, Floor Manager, Shift Manager, Senior Supervisor or Fast Food Manager and looking for your next career challenge..
