This multi branded retailer and caterer is one of the most commercial and fast-paced travel retailers to be in business today. You will be a large player within the business and will have the opportunity of working alongside the best managers in the industry from General Managers through to the CEO of the company...you will work very hard but you will play hard too!
You will be efficient in a diverse and unique operation; be a manager that can adapt through an ever-changing growing business; you will have strong people management skills; commerciality and the qualities to drive your own success; hands on approach in a business that does not stand still!
what experience do you need?
• The role involves the day-to-day operation of a coffee unit
• Key Branded Coffee Management experience in a customer facing environment (preferably in a fast paced, high volume branded retailer).
• Proven track record of success within a Coffee or Retail environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience of staff recruitment and selection along with training and development.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Effective planning and time management.
• Passionate about driving sales.
• Experience of product sourcing and management.
In addition you will enjoy working to tight deadlines, in a fast paced, team oriented, rewarding environment where your achievements will be recognised by senior management.
