They have new stores due to open throughout the UK over the next 4 months - training will start in established stores - we are recruitng NOW!
We are looking for an OUTDOORS SPECIALIST - ideally working in an established outdoor brand in either a high street location or retail shed...fun, enthusiastic, eager personality is essential...

- Take responsibility for specific areas of activity from day to day.

- Drive retail standards and commerciality of the 30’000+ sq ft store
- Attention to administration
- Uphold great customer service through training and deliverance
- Encourage sales and achieve budgets
what experience do you need?
Current RETAILER either as a Area Manager, Multi Site manager, Senior Store Manager or Flagship Manager of a large sqft retail store, retail shed or flagship store managing turnovers in excess of 8 million per annum.
- Passion and drive are essential.
- Passion for customer service and delivering the right message to customers.
- Autonomy and financial accountability in your current role.
- Sound commercial knowledge.
- Sales and performance driver.
- Deliver and achieve KPI's.
- Related outdoor product knowledge would be a strong advantage.
