about the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join an existing team and help the Manager drive the store forward.
The role requires a highly motivated Assistant Manager with a proven track record in a retail management.
You will be competitive market place where you will deliver guidance and motivation to your team. You will be able to think smart and manage high volumes of stock to maximise product availability to your customers and consistently achieve sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- KPI management.
- Team Management and motivation.
- Driving sales.
- Stock management.
- Merchandising.
- Store standards and high housekeeping standards.
what experience do you need?
You will ideally be an Assistant Manager, a Store Manager or a Concessions Manager looking for a new challenge.
You will be customer focused, team focused and your personality will shine through any situation...
You must have retail experience at Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor level, ideally from a customer focused environment. You will have knowledge in managing a team, driving sales and achieving set KPI's...
