about the role

We are seeking a dynamic self starter to start their career in recruitment and progress to become a Recruitment Consultant of the future...

Great opportunity that will quickly lead to a long term career in recruitment. You will learn about the retail and catering management industry, the recruitment practises we deliver, customer relationship management, business growth and strategy and a host of other skills that will allow you to progress within our organisation to become either a trainee recruitment consultant or consultant or managing consultant.

You will be a Multi-tasking superstar! Whilst recruiting talented people to service your vacancies you will be consistently building on your skill set to become a superstar of the future... 

what experience do you need?

• Individual commissions monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Training totally adapted to you either weekly, monthly or quarterly.
• No weekends.

This is a sales focussed role - we work with management candidates to help them build and find new career opportunities - and retailers and caterers that are looking for a specific fit to their vacancies. This is NOT a HR role - you must be target driven, motivated by success, not scared of being on the telephone, full of confidence and a positive attitude towards life, hungry for success goes without saying...
