about the role
The role involves the day to day running of a busy forecourt operation
- To maximise unit sales
- Ensuring unit cleanliness and standards
- Compliance with Health, Safety and Fuel regulations
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Managing, developing and motivation of the team
- Rostering the team in accordance with business needs
- Successful implementation of promotions
- Setting & delivery of local sales plan
- Adherence to brand standards

Key Attributes:
- Management experience in a customer facing branded fuel background
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience of staff recruitment and selection and training
- Problem solving and decision making
- Effective planning and time management
- Passionate about driving sales
- Increasing business
- Experience of product sourcing and management
