about the role

£24,000 is the guaranteed 1st year earnings, but you will earn much much more with an average consultant earning £40'000 and a great one £50'000 per annum...

This role is focused on:

• Selling an aspirational / lifestyle product.
• Going the extra mile so the customer has a great experience in store, purchases their perfect product and becomes a customer for life.
• Building rapport with customers through a genuine, natural approach.
• Identifying customer needs.
• Providing suitable products.
• Up-selling
• Closing the sale
• Full accountability for the store standards .
• You must be enjoy spending 100% of your time focused on the customer.
• Delivering the company customer service levels, 'full customer experience'.

You will work 5 days out of 7. Weekend work is essential as these 2 days are when you can MAXIMISE YOUR BONUS.
 

what experience do you need?

• A positive, outgoing, self motivated personality with great rapport building and communication skills.
• You must be able to sell and close a deal.
• Very self motivated.
• You must have experience within one to one selling.
• Proven track record of working within a sales driven environment
• Exceeding targets and delivering results.
