about the role

The role involves the day to day running of a Branded Fast Food Outlet

  • To maximise unit sales
  • Ensuring unit cleanliness and standards
  • Compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing, developing and motivation of the team
  • Rostering the team in accordance with business needs
  • Successful implementation of promotions
  • Setting & delivery of local sales plan
  • Adherence to brand standard 

 


 

what experience do you need?

Key Attributes:

  • Management experience in a customer facing branded fast food restaurant
  • Proven track record of success with a fast food retail environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of staff recruitment and selection and training
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Effective planning and time management
  • Passionate about driving sales
  • Increasing business
  • Experience of product sourcing and management
