About The Role
Account Manager – B2B Sales
Salary: Up To £22’000 Basic + Uncapped OTE! (Average Earnings £40,000 - £50,000)

• A 'go-getter' who is not scared of working outside of structure, a natural entrepreneur.
• Have a natural ‘warmth’, somebody that builds relationships with ease.
• Have previous sales experience, with hunger and ambition to build long term accounts.
Account Manager – B2B Sales – The Role
• To proactively develop your desk through the development of warm company leads and prospecting for new clients.
• To actively manage all new and existing accounts, with effective communication at all touch points.
• To optimise every sales opportunity through exceptional customer service.
What Experience Do You Need?
Account Manager – B2B Sales – Experience Required
- Previous experience working within a B2B sales or outbound sales environment is essential – particularly with proven experience of working with the retail/wholesale or trade industry.
- A natural entrepreneurial spirit, able to trade your desk as your own business.
- A confident communicator, proficient in outbound sales calls.
- You must be results driven and really motivated to continually exceed your KPI’s.
- Inspiring energy and motivation to operate within a fast paced, dynamic team.
We are seeking a go getter, an individual who is driven to continually go ‘above and beyond’ to drive sales for the company…..You must live and breathe the brand maximising opportunities consistently!
If you are able to develop your business unit effectively and grow sales continually, you will be very well rewarded, current executives are earning up to £75,000, and the OTE really is uncapped!
